GRILL-X easily removes carbon and grease from all cooking and frying equipment .

- Broiler, fat fryer, oven, saw cleaner.

- BROILERS
- Pre-heat the broiler to 80oC ;
- Shut off the power ;
- Mix GRILL-X in with an equal amount of water ;
- Pour the solution onto the surface or apply liberally with a brush ;
- Let the solution work for about five minutes ;
- Wipe clean using a damp cloth ;
- Rinse well with clean water and vinegar ;
- Apply a thin coat of a greasy substance to prevent surface from rusting.
- DEEP FAT FRYERS
- Drain and wipe off all excess fats ;
- Fill with water up to 10 cm (4") from the top ;
- Add 1 part full-strenght GRILL-X per 40 parts water (25 ml per liter or 4 oz per gallon) ;
- Bring solution to boil for 20 minutes ;
- Drain and flush off with hot water ;
- Scrub off the fatty residue while it is still warm ;
- Rinse well with clean water and vinegar;
- Wipe with a dry cloth.
- OVENS
- Apply full-strenght GRILL-X directly on surfaces to be cleaned ;
- Let solution work for 5 to 15 minutes ;
- It may be necessary to scrub lightly with a soft nylon scouring pad to remove tough build-up spots ;
- Wipe clean using a damp cloth ;
- Rinse well with clean water and vinegar ;
- Wipe dry.
- Always wear gloves, protection equipment and avoid inhaling vapours.
- Do not use on soft metal (aluminum, bronze, brass)
